Tampines – Pasir Ris Park Connector
My whole body was resisting every single step I took.
And it was laborious and boring.
How did I ever managed to finish all my previous runs?
I don’t know.
Whatever it is, I’m going to do this slow and steady.
Upcoming running events I’ve registered for till the end of the year are:
1. Singapore Bay Run: 10km
2. Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore: 10km
Both runs will be joined by my cousins so at least there will be company.
I thought of entering a mini-triathlon event in October but due to my swimming incompetency, I guess that’s a goal that needs to be done next year.
Other than that, Ramadhan Mubarak to all my Muslim friends.
I will still try to exercise during this sacred month but most likely the bulk of the runs and cycles has to be done in the morning since my weekday afternoons will be packed with tuition commitments.
What say you?
My Simplefit strength training program will be done after terawih so that shouldn’t pose any problem.
