Tuesday Night Run: Hard

Tampines – Pasir Ris Park Connector

Running on the pavement and running on the running or bicycle track is so much different. The lack of absorbance of the stiff concrete pavements means most of the force exerted onto the pavement is rebounded back to my legs as enshrined in Newton’s Third Law of Motion.

Due to this the balls of my feet hurt but I think I will get use to it after a few more runs on the pavement. So in the meantime I just have to bear with it.
