    So tell me, how do take protein and/or creatine to bulk up?

    Or ikut Kak Kash kita, beli kettlebells.

    Takyah gi gym.

    Anyway do you increase your calorie intake, since I heard someone has been putting in 200km mileage?

    That certainly leaves the muscles with nothing to grow upon.

    Kat rumah? I’d be lucky if the kids won’t pester me to watch DVDs etc with them πŸ˜€

    I cannot fathom to eat more during Ramadhan – takde hati nak carbo load… but I take protein masa iftar and sahur, laced with isotonics. but the speed takde, memang purely TOF training saja.
