Basically I can still feel some niggling discomfort on my left knee at the exact same spot that gave me problems when doing my squats a.k.a ketuk ketampi. It’s not a major pain or shall I say it’s not painful at all. There isn’t even any trace of pain.
But I decide to play it safe and not push too hard and will temporarily halt any squats exercise in the Simplefit program. I will thus replace it by performing step-ups or box-jumps. We’ll see how it goes.
Alright I’m pretty deadbeat after yesterday’s trip to Johor Baru yesterday night to make myself a pair of spanking new spectacles for Raya though I’m not in the mood at all for it. Haha. And If time permits, a round of cycling in the afternoon.
