And when it rains, it pours.
The symptoms started last Friday afternoon and it escalated through the night. I started having running nose, sore throat and felt feverish. The two pills of chlorphenamine didn’t have the desired effect and my condition worsened throughout the weekend as I was confined to my bed as my temperature rose. I blew my nose countless times that it became sore and red like Rudolph’s.
Finally, those signs start to abate today thus I was able to continue with my strength training program and boy Level 2 was damn tough! But I am happy enough with the 20 sets I managed to complete in 20 minutes.
Oh yah, I ate fried macaroni and murtabak for breakfast, maybe that was what fueled my workout. 😛
