Where have I been?
This training log is as ramshackled as it can gets.
Well having to undergo 12hrs++ of industrial attachment and fulfil my tutoring obligations after that, each and everyday, 5 days straight, leave me with little energy and much less time to indulge in other activities.
Though this is just an excuse I could muster as of now, my plan is to slowly regain back my fitness as to what it was; which was nothing much really, with an early morning run or cycle, let say at 5am before leaving for work after that.
Fortunately, cycling to work everyday at an average distance of 19km to and fro, means I have not permanently left my fitness endeavours to the annals of history.
And I still jog every Sunday with my awesome cousins.
Till my fingers move again here.
