Alhamdulillah though I had to stop for a second during the run just now due to an impending cramp at my shin, I can certainly say that I can feel quite a difference in my physical well-being.
My run had never felt so great and I know I can cut go further and faster than before albeit like all things, to enjoy the fruit of your hard work, patience is the key.
For the run just now, I started too fast too early in the run and though my timing at the halfway mark is the fastest I’ve ever set, my left shin has already started to object my exertion.
So with this in mind, though I feel stronger, I have to progressively build up my leg muscles and this needs a copius amount of patience in my part.
Other than that, I’ve managed to increase my pull up and chin up by one repetition each. So now it’s 7 and 9 for the count respectively. I didn’t even manage to execute them this much during my National Service days in the Army when I was at my fittest and lightest.
