It feels real good to be out running in the rain again. In the days of past, I would surely have chosen to just hibernate at home; letting laziness to take over. Hopefully this positive change will continue in the days, months and years to come.

    For me the term “Fat Bloke” will be a reminder that my journey has still a long way to go. And I’m not sure if it will ever end (me becoming slim).
