Missed yesterday’s run.
So will be paying back that run on Monday.
Started slow for the run just now.
Thought that by doing that, I wouldn’t have any cramps in my left legs during the run back.
But I was wrong.
On the run back, my lower left leg started to cramp up.
But nonetheless managed to endure for the last 1km.
Seems like another round of massage is required.
