Maybe a bit too fast.
And I paid back during the run back.
Like a domino.
My lower left leg started to cramp.
My running form began to deteriorate.
My left knee started to act up.
So needed to decrease my pace considerably.
That’s the price I have to pay for having two torn ligament in both knees.
But no worries.
I always try to listen to my body and adjust accordingly.
No use taking unnecessary risk.
Now need to massage my left leg often as I have observed out of the two, the left one cramps up more frequently.
