No shin cramps!

Basically when I can keep the shin cramps at bay, the run will be an enjoyable one for me as I can focus more on maintaining or increasing my pace. But if the cramps strike, then definitely I’ll need to slow down and that means taking a longer time to finish my run.

Oh well…
