Dumbbell triceps extension: 3 X 12

Lateral raise: 3 X 12

Front raise: 3 X 12

Shoulder press: 3 X 12

Hammer curls: 3 X 12

Triangle push-ups: 1 X 7

Normal push-ups: 1 X 7

Wide push-ups: 1 X 7
