Dumbbell curls: 9 X 12

Dumbbell triceps extension: 3 X 12

Lateral raise: 3 X 12

Front raise: 3 X 12

Shoulder press: 3 X 12

Hammer curls: 3 X 12

Triangle push-ups: 1 X 7

Normal push-ups: 1 X 7

Wide push-ups: 1 X 7

    Seems like a lot of isolation exercises in your routine. If you’re doing pull-ups, push-ups and squat you can generally can the isolation exercises in favor of deadlifts, squats, bent over rows, and more shoulder presses. But maybe you don’t have access to barbells and such.

    dun hv any barbells and such.

    only hv an 11lb dumbbell.
