Upper body

Dumbbell curls: 9 X 12

Dumbbell triceps extension: 3 X 12

Hammer curls: 3 X 12

Triangle push-ups: 1 X 7

Normal push-ups: 1 X 7

Wide push-ups: 1 X 7

Lower body

Crunch: 1 X 21

Twisting crunch: 1 X 21

Left elbow to right knee: 1 X 10

Right elbow to left knee: 1 X 11

Wall sit: 3 X 1min
